Delivery Policy
Once payment is made , it is deemed that you have read and understood the terms and
conditions of such purchase.
Delivery is as stipulated on the site and we are not responsible for delayed deliveries
caused by any problems which may arise due to the importing of goods or any other
circumstances beyound our control .
Delivery are charged according to your delivery address, and are stipulated on checkout.

Order Confirmation
When paying by credit card, once you’ve finished with the CC payment on Monster Pay ’s site, you will receive an email shortly afterwards confirming your order.
You will also receive an email confirmation, with the waybill number to keep track of
your delivery.
When you make a purchase with us legal obligations arise and your right to refund
charges to your creditcard or account are limited to our terms & conditions.

Refunds and Returns
We can only cancel an order if it is still being processed. If the order is complete it will
be treated as a return. For more information in this regard please refer to Returns on the help page.
If you are not completely satisfied with your goods please return the product to us within
30 days in its original packaging with all attachments and in saleable condition for a full
refund of the purchase price, excluding delivery costs.You will be held liable for all
shipping costs. An additional cost of 35% handling fee will also be charged.
If the item is not in mint condition or if there are pieces missing, you will be asked to
collect the item and will not be refunded. You must advise us in writing of your return
and any such return must be signed by the person who made the origional purchase.

Faulty Products
We will endeavour to exchange faulty products but if replacement is not possible we will
refund your purchase price excluding delivery costs, or you can select another item of
equal value Wild Door cannot be held liable for any loss or damage to a product, after it
has left our premises. In case of a faulty product as a result of manufacturing it
can be returned in accordance to the terms of our refunds and returns policy.

Gift Vouchers
When you are not sure what to buy for someone, you can purchase a gift voucher and we will e-mail it to the desired person. They can then purchase any item to the value of the gift voucher.

Order & Payment Terms
All transactions will be processed in South African Rands (ZAR).
We accept credit card payments via Setcom.
Your order will only be processed as soon as we have received payment confirmation
from the bank.

VAT
All prices quoted on our site are INCLUDING VAT.
A breakdown of VAT and delivery charges will appear on your invoice.

Guarantees
Small products: 14-day swap-out guarantee, notify us before sending back.
Large products: 12 month warranty. Notify us before sending back.
We will either repair or replace the product within 2-3 weeks from receiving the item.
You will be held liable to cover the cost of collection & delivery.

The Terms & Conditions will exclusively be governed by and in accordance with the
Laws of South Africa.
We have the right to investigate any activity and content associated with the WildDoor
Website. We may take any action that we find appropriate agaist any one who violates

This may include, but is not limited to, issue warnings, legal action, terminating or
adding conditions to your access and/or remove materials from our Website.
